Halo producer’s XBox Live’s account hacked.

The multi-player producer for Halo 3 from Bungie has had his Xbox Live account hacked, according to a recent report at MTV. The hackers used a “not sold old” method for breaking into the account, social engineering. Social Engineering is when you basically bullshit your way through customer service or any other entity to gain access to something. The hacker probably pretended to be the account holder and somehow got account details through a gullible account service representative at Microsoft.
